We are building the leading seafood marketing practice in the United States, and we’re looking for a driven, industry-savvy growth marketer to help us get there. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on client development, connecting seafood brands with the retail, foodservice, and B2B channels that will define the industry’s next chapter.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Market Development

  • Lead the U.S. seafood go-to-market strategy, with Florida as the launch market.
  • Identify growth opportunities across retail, foodservice, and B2B channels
  • Define brand positioning and messaging architecture for seafood clients
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track campaign performance

B2B Marketing & Client Prospecting

  • Design and execute B2B campaigns targeting seafood producers importers, distributors, and retail buyers
  • Build a prospect pipeline via LinkedIn, trade shows (e.g. Seafood Expo North America), and targeted outreach
  • Develop pitch materials, case studies, and thought leadership content
  • Act as strategic advisor from the first client conversation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of marketing experience in food & beverage, with exposure to seafood or protein categories
  • Background at an F&B brand, PR agency, creative agency, or integrated marketing firm with food clients
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing campaigns and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Understanding of the South Florida / Latin American seafood import corridor
  • Network within U.S. seafood importers, distributors, or processors
