About the role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead and operationalize key brand relationships. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, balancing partnership growth with the operational discipline required to ensure exceptional delivery and long-term success.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented — someone who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while also managing projects, reporting, presentations, and internal coordination with precision.
This is not a purely client-facing “check-in” role. You’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day work: synthesizing insights, organizing complex information, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with senior brand stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, business outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Operational Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of your partner portfolio, including updates to contacts, project tracking, deliverable management, and documentation.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with strategic goals.
- Presentation & Reporting: Create compelling partner-facing presentations, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports that communicate insights and opportunities with clarity and polish.
- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate marketing submissions, co-branded initiatives, and campaign deliverables in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Negotiation & Renewals: Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations that secure long-term partnership value.
- Data-Driven Insight: Analyze brand performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Marketing to deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, project management, or client partnerships, preferably within B2B, design, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships while staying deeply involved in executional details.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills – comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation design and communication skills; ability to craft professional decks, reports, and proposals that influence executive audiences.
- Solid analytical foundation; fluent in Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and performance dashboards.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams on co-branded initiatives and submissions.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—equally skilled in strategy, follow-through, and problem-solving.
