- This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines only.
- The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.
What is the role about?
- Designing complex parent-child variations to maximize review aggregation, structuring multipacks and virtual bundles, optimizing browse nodes for search visibility, and auditing listings to ensure all SEO copy, images, A+ content, and backend keywords are live.
- Monitoring inventory velocity to eliminate stockouts, managing multi-channel fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, SFP), and optimizing the Inventory Performance Index (IPI) by balancing sell-through and reducing excess stock.
- Monitoring pricing and fulfillment strategies to win the Buy Box, leveraging Brand Registry tools to report counterfeiters and unauthorized mapping, and maintaining a flawless Account Health Rating (AHR).
- Troubleshooting listing suppressions and account suspension threats, writing data-driven Plans of Action (POAs), and managing product, regional, and fiscal compliance (Hazmat, safety certificates, VAT, and US Sales Tax).
- Keeping the brands competitive by identifying and enrolling products into specialized initiatives like Amazon Vine, Launchpad, Subscribe & Save, and Transparency.

- An experienced Amazon marketplace expert who can balance catalog architecture, inventory health, and strict compliance standards.
- A strategic problem-solver who can read between the lines of automated Amazon notifications, identify root causes, and successfully resolve complex account issues.
- An analytical thinker comfortable diving into data reports and inventory metrics to protect margins, avoid costly storage fees, and maintain Buy Box ownership.
- A proactive brand protector who utilizes Amazon’s ecosystem to secure listings against counterfeiters and unauthorized resellers.
You’re a great fit if you have…
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-volume Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Experience with Vendor Central is an added advantage
- Mastery of FBA/FBM logistics, Brand Registry dashboards, and Amazon’s internal case-filing system
- Proven ability to upload and manipulate large catalogues using inventory flat files / feed files. Deep understanding of Amazon’s backend taxonomy
- Exceptional ability to read between the lines of automated Amazon notifications, identify root causes, and craft successful appeals
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to analyse Business Reports, inventory health reports, and fee structures
- Basic familiarity with international e-commerce compliance, including European/UK VAT rules or general consumer safety regulations.
