The role offers exposure to exceptional residential projects, close collaboration with senior leadership and clients, and clear long-term career progression within a studio that values craft, continuity, and design integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development of high-end residential projects from concept through documentation
- Translate strong design ideas into well-resolved architectural solutions
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, interiors teams, and consultants
- Contribute to material selection, detailing, and overall design narrative
- Support and mentor junior team members as projects progress
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Significant experience delivering high-end residential architecture
- Strong design sensibility supported by an excellent portfolio of built work
- Comfortable working across both design and technical phases
- Proficiency in Revit and confidence producing detailed documentation
- Clear communicator with a thoughtful and collaborative working style
