About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned strategist who lives at the intersection of Data and Creative Ideation. This is not a "Brand Marketing" or execution-only role. While you’ll be backed by a design team, you will lead the creative strategy, audits, and performance iterations.
You must be comfortable managing multiple client angles without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines. We value writers who think strategically and act decisively.
Your Core Responsibilities
- UGC & Video Scripting: Crafting high-performance hooks and storylines for TikTok/Reels with multiple variations to test
- Writing 30–90 second direct-response scripts using clear, persuasive messaging.
- Email Campaigns: Developing story-driven welcome flows and promotions designed to increase AOV and retention.
- Market Research: Performing review mining and competitor benchmarking to identify new "Angles" and "Concepts".
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing ad data to identify "Traps" and iterating on scripts to lower CAC.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Direct Response Copywriting.
Skillset: Proven ability to write scripts that drive measurable sales/conversions, not just engagement.
Reliability: Availability to coordinate during core business hours and meet strict deadlines
NICE TO HAVES
Language: Native or bilingual proficiency in both Turkish and English (writing for both markets).
Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and eCommerce metrics (ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate)
