We're hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own a pod and build the best creative engine in our niche.
I'm one of the founders of a fast-growing DTC brand. We build premium, overbuilt products that people are genuinely proud to own, and we're scaling hard on Meta.
I'm rebuilding our in-house creative team around a pod system, and I need one senior person to take a pod and run it end to end.
What you'd own
Your pod. Editors and a designer report to you. You own the whole loop: dig into the avatar, pull real language and insight, turn it into sharp TOF/MOF/BOF concepts, write briefs an editor can execute without guessing, review the cuts, read the data daily, write the learnings, and feed it all back into better briefs.
Who we're looking for
Someone who lives and breathes direct-response. You think in hooks, angles, and awareness stages on autopilot. You have a spine and your own POV backed by data, you can disagree with a founder without making it drama. You move fast without getting sloppy, you'd rather ship 80% and live than 100% and late. You can lead a pod, coach editors, and keep the team pointed at winners. And you actually love the craft, not managing it from a distance.
