Senior Creative Strategist – Spokane, WA | Full-Time | In-House

  • We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can lead that process.
  • This is a senior strategic role, but no task is beneath anyone at Propaganda. Whether you're presenting a brand strategy to a client or preparing final production files for launch, we believe great leaders lead by example and do whatever it takes to deliver exceptional work.

Propaganda Creative is a boutique branding, advertising, and digital agency based in Spokane, Washington.

We partner with companies and organizations of every size, from local businesses and nonprofits to regional organizations, municipalities, tourism destinations, healthcare systems, financial institutions, and national brands.

What You'll Do:

You'll lead creative projects from strategy through execution while helping raise the quality of everything we produce.

That includes:

  • Leading discovery sessions and uncovering the real challenge behind a client's request.
  • Turning conversations, research, and project briefs into thoughtful strategic direction.
  • Developing creative concepts that solve business problems, not just design problems.
  • Building complete brand identity systems that extend well beyond the logo.
  • Creating cohesive visual languages through typography, color, messaging, photography direction, graphics, layout systems, and real-world applications.
  • Designing across branding, advertising campaigns, presentations, print, digital marketing, environmental graphics, social media, and whatever else lands on your desk.
  • Presenting and confidently defending your work to clients.
  • Explaining the strategic thinking behind every recommendation.
  • Collaborating closely with designers, developers, digital marketers, copywriters, account managers, and leadership.
  • Mentoring and elevating the creative team through thoughtful feedback and high standards.
  • Managing projects with minimal oversight while proactively communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Is exceptionally organized, manages priorities independently, and consistently delivers high-quality work on time without needing reminders or constant follow-up.
  • Brings ideas to the table before being asked.
  • Holds themselves and others to a high creative standard.
