Key Responsibilities:
• Create breakthrough performance apparel designs across various categories
• Oversee design development from concept through to final product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration
• Conduct wear-testing and validate materials under real conditions
• Share expertise to elevate team design skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in performance apparel design
• Degree in Apparel Product Design or related field
• Expertise in 3D rendering and technical design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to adapt and travel 30% of the time
