This full-time position based in Toronto involves working closely with the Product Design Director to create compelling progression systems, gamification elements, and effective re-engagement strategies. You will harness your design skills and modern tools to drive user interaction and loyalty. Your projects will significantly influence the community experience ahead of the tight Fall 2026 launch timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design XP economy, including points and milestones
• Create systems for challenges and user engagement
• Manage notification strategies for improved user interaction
• Develop seamless onboarding and in-app experiences
• Ensure brand consistency through design libraries
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in product design for mobile apps
• Demonstrated success in designing loyalty and retention features
• Proficiency in Figma for interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with engagement metrics and analysis
• Excellent design and communication skills
