Who We Are
BeyondSite is an innovative event staffing company with two core initiatives — service and tech —operating as the staffing workstream experts for our clients. We don’t just "staff events." We facilitate the client strategy and human experience of them using a proprietary process and collaborative approach we call the “art of event staffing.”
Every flagship gathering — tech conference, fandom convention, trade show, annual meeting — is an opportunity to serve a unique event community while building our own. Ranging from 2,000 to 50,000+ attendees (50 to 300+ staff), these big-time events are what defines industries and fandoms.
Our client base includes award-winning experiential production agencies, global associations, world-renowned brands, and independent organizers who rely on us as their trusted staffing strategists and on-site executors. This is an ecosystem built on partnerships, not transactions.
The Role: Senior Event Manager + Brand Marketing
We are seeking a Senior Event Manager + Brand Marketing to own a unique, dual-domain role.
In this role, you will operate internally as a Event Program Lead (owning the staffing program lifecycle for major client events) and concurrently as a Marketing Manager (elevating the BeyondSite brand, keeping it fresh, and owning all marketing initiatives).
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing strategy, storytelling, and brand development, as well as experience managing complex live events.
As a Marketing Manager, you light up when conceiving and shaping new projects — building brand stories, redesigning systems, and turning strategy into polished assets. As an Event Program Lead, you equally crave the moments when that work comes alive — stepping on-site to lead a village of 50–300 Ambassadors, feeling the energy of thousands of attendees, and witnessing the real human impact of every detail you’ve prepared.
Every week is different. One week you’re deep in strategic systems and storytelling. The next you’re on the ground representing the brand you helped shape, guiding the culture, and turning strategy into impact that expands “beyond site.” You can help architect the vision and embody it.
Your level of preparedness and craft directly shapes the experience of thousands of people. This is not abstract work — it is deeply tangible, deeply human, and deeply rewarding.
Event Program Lead
- Strategic Leadership & Client Stewardship: Serve the client as the primary contact, budget owner, and strategic consultant. Anticipate needs, drive decisions, and act as the central operational hub for all stakeholders.
- On-Site Execution & Workforce Orchestration: Be the anchor who orchestrates our on-site culture and strategy. Lead teams of 50–300 staff with grounded authority and genuine warmth that builds trust, respect, and connection — creating a high-performing, human-centered environment.
- Lifecycle Mastery & Parallel Processing: Own the full lifecycle of 10–15 programs annually following our proven 60+ step Program SOP. Master overlapping 8-week sprints from kick-off to “see you next year” with obsessive preparedness and flawless budget management.
Marketing Manager
- Brand Refinement: Audit existing brand systems and evolve brand expression based on real-world performance and feedback.
- Marketing Communications: Act as the steward of the BeyondSite voice, positioning, tone, and visual continuity across every external and internal touchpoint.
- Marketing Collateral & Growth Assets: Create and maintain high-impact one-pagers, sales decks, internal presentations, and other templated materials that clearly articulate our value and support new business generation.
- Content & Community Storytelling: Own the rhythm of social media management, monthly recaps, and newsletters that humbly honor our work and community.
- Website Redesign Leadership: Serve as the project manager and vision translator for our full website redesign, collaborating with external specialists to oversee the delivery of a modular, easy-to-maintain, No-Code site.
