Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high‑quality communication designs including document layout, presentations, logos/identities, spot illustration, infographics, photo editing, and emails.
- Own the internal brand and maintain a cohesive visual language for all internal communications.
- Lead event branding and environmental designs for internal events.
- Manage two external agencies and ensure all work produced meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and attend project briefings, pitch and reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- At least 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat), Figma, and Mac systems.
- Proficient in software programs:
Lum Apps CMS, Adobe After Effects/Animate, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Lucid Chart - Proficient in Google Suite
