Position: Senior Graphic Designer – Danawares Corp Hill)
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is responsible for developing licensed and original product artwork, packaging, eCommerce assets, and catalogues across a wide range of consumer products.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with brand guidelines, licensed properties, packaging production, and licensor approval processes.
The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with internal teams, licensors, and factories to ensure all creative materials are accurate, brand-compliant, production-ready, and delivered on time. This role also helps ensure the production process runs smoothly from concept through final approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and execute creative designs for product packaging, eCommerce visuals, and other marketing materials in accordance with established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Development, and other internal teams to understand project needs, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Produce product mock-ups, presentation visuals, and final production artwork for licensed and branded products.
- Design packaging based on licensor brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
- Submit product concepts, packaging artwork, pre-production samples, and production‑stage materials to licensors for approval.
- Prepare and manage artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with technical specifications.
- Develop individual catalogues and presentation materials based on established brand guidelines.
- Maintain organized files, artwork archives, approval records, and production documentation.
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, Packaging Designer, or similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of packaging design, print production, dielines, mock‑ups, and final artwork preparation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Robust communication skills and ability to work with licensors, factories, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Photography and photo retouching experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
