About Us
We’re an Australian corporate design agency with a reputation built on precision, craft, and deep expertise in brand, investor and capital markets communications. We’re looking for a Senior Designer who brings both creative excellence and the discipline that high-stakes financial work demands.
The Role
You’ll work on some of Australia’s most complex and prestigious design projects: annual reports, IPO prospectuses, M&A transaction documents, and investor communications for a blue-chip client base that includes ASX 200 companies, leading investment banks, and top-tier law firms.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of design experience within a corporate design, financial communications, or professional services agency
- Expert-level annual report design skills, from concept through to press-ready production
- Experience producing transaction documents including IPO prospectuses and M&A materials in collaboration with investment banks and corporate lawyers
- Mastery of InDesign, with strong skills across the broader Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools
- An obsessive attention to detail and a thorough understanding of typographic precision and information hierarchy
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders
