The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print.
Skills Required:
Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Google Workspace (Google slides, Docs, etc.), and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, digital media platforms, production, website design, corporate identity, events creatives, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Roles and Responsibilities
Creating compelling corporate / customer-facing presentations, proposals, social media campaign creatives, carousel ads, brochures, 3d mock-ups, illustrations, websites, newsletters, emails with software such as photoshop, illustrator, coral draw, InDesign, and adobe premiere
Come up with creative design ideas and implements based on the project requirements and trends.
Preparing the design outline and submitting them for approval.
Coordinating with internal teams, web designers, and other colleagues as necessary.
Communicate with the team about the layout, creative vision, and innovations to be added to the final output.
Reviewing final Design and making improvements when necessary.
Have outstanding attention to detail to provide consistent designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
0-5 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers can apply)
B2B experience and IT industry experience are preferred
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
