Job Description :
- Develop and execute KOL & Affiliate strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and GMV growth.
- Lead end-to-end KOL & Affiliate campaigns, from planning, briefing, execution, monitoring, to post-campaign evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, agencies, and affiliate partners while managing negotiations and collaborations.
- Optimize KOL & Affiliate budget allocation based on campaign performance to maximize ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and scale affiliate programs to increase creator participation, content production, and sales performance.
- Drive GMV growth through strategic affiliate activations, including TikTok Live and other social commerce initiatives.
- Create quarterly campaign plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate, TikTok Live, and other social commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and abel to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
