Operating with a global mindset, we are looking for a sharp, well-connected Senior KOL Specialist to lead our creator strategies and take our campaigns to the next level.
What You'll Do (The Scope)
- Drive Strategy: Lead and craft end-to-end KOL and influencer marketing strategies that align with client KPIs and real business growth.
- Connect & Negotiate: Source, build, and maintain tight relationships with top-tier creators, influencers, and talent networks across Thailand.
- Own Campaigns: Take full ownership of projects from initial brainstorming to final execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on budget.
- Track Results: Deep dive into campaign data and metrics to measure ROI, delivering sharp performance insights and reports to clients.
- Master the Trends: Stay obsessed with social media shifts, new creator tools, and platform algorithm updates (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
What We're Looking For
- The Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Agency Account Management.
- The Know-How: You live and breathe social media, know the Thai creator landscape inside out, and understand how to beat platform algorithms.
- The Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, excellent relationship-building skills, and a highly organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- The Language: Good English communication skills (both spoken and written) because you’ll be collaborating daily within our global working environment.
