ZOOM is now on a high growth trajectory including in the existing Media Services vertical and soon to begin preops in two different verticals – one in D2C (Petcare) and the other in a high-end B to G segment.
About the role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copy & Content Writer who can craft compelling narratives across formats and platforms. The role requires a strong storyteller with the ability to create impactful presentations, investor/client pitch decks, leadership communication, and engaging long- and short-form digital content that strengthens the organization’s brand presence and market positioning.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing skills, a strong sense of design and visual storytelling, and the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality long-form and short-form content for websites, social media, campaigns, leadership communication, blogs, articles, and marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling corporate presentations, business proposals, and pitch decks for clients, investors, partners, and leadership teams.
- Translate business ideas, products, and strategies into impactful storytelling and brand narratives.
- Drive content strategy and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, business, HR, and design teams to create integrated communication campaigns.
- Develop engaging social media content to enhance digital reach, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
- Create content for employer branding, internal communication, organizational announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with effectively with the media team, including videographers and photographers, by providing clear creative briefs
- Conduct content research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to create contemporary and differentiated communication.
- Optimize digital content aligned with SEO and platform-specific best practices.
Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent command over English language
- Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, and business communication skills.
- Expertise in creating impactful presentations, pitch decks, and audience-focused messaging.
- Good understanding of branding, digital communication, content strategy, SEO, and social media trends.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and content platforms, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in copy/content writing, corporate communications or marketing communications
- MBA / PGDM Marketing or Communications or Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism or PR
We follow a five-day work from office model.
