Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst – Content Creator for a 12-month contract opportunity, with strong potential for extension and conversion to full-time.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week at a downtown Toronto office. The role focuses on creating engaging social media content, managing content calendars, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
o Create and produce engaging video and static content across social media platforms
o Develop content aligned with brand voice, campaigns, and marketing objectives
o Manage and maintain a structured content calendar in collaboration with internal teams
o Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok
o Design visually compelling graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
o Write engaging captions, headlines, and social copy tailored to different audiences
o Monitor social media trends and continuously optimize content strategy
o Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance
o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective content delivery
Must-Have Requirements
o 2-5 years of experience in content creation or social media roles
o Proven experience creating content for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, or similar
o Strong skills in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva)
o Portfolio showcasing content creation work
o Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice-to-Have
o Agency experience
o Strong copywriting skills
o French language proficiency
o Understanding of regional markets (e.g., Quebec)
