Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field of study. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory if you bring exceptional experience.
- Progressive marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership, ideally within the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Essential skills: Strategic acumen, exceptional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a solid grasp of digital marketing trends and tools.
