Lead Product Designer
You’ll join a profitable, product-led SaaS company helping millions of users across 50+ countries. With strong product-market fit and rapid ARR growth, you’ll work in a truly data-driven environment where decisions are driven by user value.
You’ll step into a senior IC role with real influence. You’ll lead by example in a cross-functional product trio, while elevating design standards through coaching, critique, and collaboration.
You’ll shape ambiguous problems into clear, impactful product experiences—balancing user needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes.
You’ll work in 6-week cycles (Shape Up), partnering closely with engineers, marketing, and support to deliver meaningful improvements across mobile and web. Expect a mix of B2C simplicity and growing B2B complexity.
You bring:
- 5+ years designing SaaS (B2B and/or PLG)
- Strong product thinking and comfort with trade-offs
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear flows and concepts
- Confidence giving feedback and coaching others
- Autonomy and leadership without formal authority
- A focus on outcomes (activation, retention, revenue)
Nice to have:
Experience with growth loops, complex workflows, design systems, and rapid experimentation.
