You will lead product design from conception to launch, crafting elegant end-to-end flows for a sophisticated AI-driven HRIS platform. Working directly with the co-founder and a small, high-caliber team, you will solve complex workforce problems while defining the visual language and interaction model for a product that prioritizes leverage, intelligence, and operational speed.

What You Will Do

- Exceptional mastery of interaction and visual design with a portfolio demonstrating a level of craft that holds up against top-tier productivity tools.
- Strong ability to execute at startup speed, navigating changing priorities while maintaining an unapologetically high bar for product excellence.
