Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging XP economy and progression systems
• Create badge, archetype, and challenge frameworks
• Develop effective push notification strategies
• Collaborate on overall mobile app user experience
• Maintain brand consistency in all design outputs
Requirements:
• 5+ years in mobile product design
• Expert-level Figma skills and prototyping
• Familiarity with engagement metrics and analytics
• Strong visual design and communication skills
• In-office presence required 5 days a week
