Snaplii is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Management Leader to drive the vision and execution of our consumer payment ecosystem. You will lead the charge in defining high-impact product roadmaps while ensuring our platform remains secure, compliant, and user-centric. This role requires a rare blend of product craft, deep payments expertise, and a rigorous approach to risk management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Execution (PM Expertise)
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring a high bar for quality and speed.
Customer Centricity: Deeply understand VoC (Voice of Customer) and develop nuanced user personas to build products that solve real pain points.
Value Proposition: Define and communicate clear value/benefits for every feature, ensuring alignment with Snaplii’s overarching business goals.
Collaboration: Foster a high-trust, "one-team" mindset between Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
2. Payments & Consumer Experience
Funds Flow Architecture: Design and optimize complex consumer payment flows, ensuring seamless money movement and settlement.
Onboarding Excellence: Direct the strategy for user onboarding and KYC, balancing friction-less Customer Experience (CX) with regulatory necessity.
Domain Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends in mobile wallets, card issuing, and digital payments to maintain Snaplii’s competitive edge.
3. Risk, Compliance & Operations
Security First: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to integrate BSA/AML requirements directly into the product fabric.
Transaction Monitoring: Oversee the development of robust Transaction Monitoring systems and rule-based engines to mitigate fraud.
Operational Integrity: Manage the exposure and operational processes associated with high-volume payment processing to ensure platform stability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role specifically within FinTech or Payments.
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of technical stacks and the ability to partner effectively with engineering to solve architectural challenges.
Risk Acumen: Proven experience managing risk frameworks, fraud prevention, and compliance-heavy product environments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex technical or financial concepts concisely to both stakeholders and customers.
Soft Skills: You are naturally inquisitive, personable, and highly prepared. You thrive in fast-paced environments where proactive problem-solving is the norm.
