We’re HIRING for a creatively led live experience agency, a global great delivering ambitious, high-impact work for global brands across experiential, content, and broadcast-led events worldwide.
We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to help lead some complex live projects—owning delivery from concept through to execution and acting as a key senior link between internal teams and specialist production partners.
You’ll be trusted with large-scale, high-budget productions, working across technical, logistics, fabrication, and onsite delivery—keeping everything aligned, calm, and exceptional.
What you’ll bring:
- Senior experience in live events / experiential production
- Confident ownership of £1m+ budgets
- Strong technical production knowledge (AutoCAD / SketchUp / Vectorworks etc.)
- Deep understanding of H&S, compliance, logistics and live delivery
- Strong supplier relationships and negotiation skills
- Calm, solutions-focused leadership under pressure
- Passion for detail, creativity, and flawless execution
