One of our social-focused agencies in London is looking for a culturally connected, social-first creative to develop bold, engaging content for global brands. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, where you'll sit within the creative team and focus on delivering innovative, insight-driven social campaigns that resonate with online audiences and drive engagement.

The Role

Responsible for turning cultural trends into compelling creative ideas, you'll produce content that goes beyond trends to create meaningful brand impact across social platforms.

Day to day, you'll develop original, social-first creative ideas for campaigns and always-on content, translate cultural insights and trends into engaging, brand-relevant concepts and create content formats including short-form video, memes, and social posts.

You'll bring ideas to life by responding to client briefs with innovative and effective creative solutions and collaborating with designers, strategists, and client teams alike. You'll present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats and contribute to campaign execution from concept through to delivery.

£60,000 – £75,000

On-site working: 3 x days per week

The Person

You'll bring proven experience from a creative, content, or social media role, ideally within an agency environment and a strong, intuitive understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. A natural storyteller, you combine excellent copywriting skills with the ability to turn cultural insights into ideas that feel relevant, engaging, and impactful for brands.

You’re comfortable working across campaigns, collaborating closely with others,

and communicating your ideas clearly, whether internally or with clients. In a fast-paced environment, you’re able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of creative output.

It’s a plus if you have experience in video production or editing, as well as familiarity with influencer or creator-led campaigns. A genuine passion for internet culture, entertainment, and emerging digital trends will help you thrive in this role.
