We are Jewel Bespoke Build — a family-owned luxury residential contractor delivering some of the most ambitious homes in Surrey, SW London and the Home Counties.

All typically £500k to £2m, for clients who care deeply about the result.
Due to growth we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and own the delivery of our live portfolio.

What you'll be doing
Running 3-4 concurrent high-end residential projects from kick-off to handover. The headline responsibilities:
Owning the programme — logic-linked MS Project schedules, baselined and updated weekly.
Running contract administration under JCT (ICD 2024) with a clean, professional record
Working hand-in-glove with our QS on cost, variations and final accounts
Managing the client relationship on site — warm, calm and professional
Holding subcontractors to our programme and our standards
Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015
You'll fit right in if you…
✔ Have run high-end residential or bespoke build projects in the £500k–£2m range
✔ Know your way around JCT contracts
✔ Can build a proper programme in MS Project — and keep it honest
✔ Hold yourself to a high standard on contractual record-keeping
✔ Stay calm and measured with clients, CAs and subbies — even on the tough days
✔ Hold a relevant qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) — or have the track record to match
✔ Have a full UK driving licence and are happy to be site-facing
