Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate properties, assessing client needs, and presenting tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, engaging in property negotiations, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated with real estate market trends to meet sales goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise with a proven ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining professional client relationships
- Sales skills with experience in negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in New Cairo and surrounding areas
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity and collaborate with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Professional demeanor, proactive approach, and ability to handle high-pressure situations
