What Your Day Will Look Like:
We are seeking an additional team member to focus on a specific area, either Property or Facilities Management, which could include Permanent, Interim, or a mix of both in terms of recruitment.
You will immerse yourselves in your business area and will carry out the following:
- Building and developing a rapport with our valued clients by providing timely and professional advice
- Researching market sectors and companies, and making introductions to help with further business growth
- Attending relevant networking events to develop experience and knowledge
- Building a rapport with candidates to identify their career aspirations and provide appropriate career advice
- Sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates
- Crafting executive summaries and job advertisements, and devising social media strategies with marketing.

Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Prior recruitment experience or a proven background in sales
- Passion and commitment to continuously evolve and develop
- Excellent communication skills, which include effective listening and questioning skills to delve deeper
- The ability to multitask and manage priorities and deadlines
- Tenacity, resilience, and self-motivation
- The confidence and intelligence to develop long-lasting, trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry networks
- A commercially oriented mindset to identify market trends and how to grow your business
