THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for someone to join our Engineering & Operations practice, supporting a diverse range of businesses nationally. You'll be working across the full recruitment lifecycle -learning how to partner with clients, engage talent, and deliver outcomes in a way that reflects how we operate.
This is a hands-on role in a high-performance environment, where you'll be trusted, supported, and challenged to grow from day one.
Working closely with the founders of the business, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Engineering & Operations markets
- Sourcing, engaging and assessing candidates at mid to junior levels
- Conducting structured interviews and candidate qualification conversations
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Supporting delivery across multiple active roles simultaneously
- Market mapping and proactively building talent pipelines
- Assisting with business development and client engagement activities
- Maintaining accurate systems, records and processes
ABOUT YOU

Successful applicants will also have the following background and experience:
- Proven experience running an end-to-end recruitment desk, ideally across technical or qualified markets
- Strong track record of delivering across both client and candidate sides, including business development, relationship management and talent delivery
- Confident and credible communicator who builds trust with clients and candidates alike
- Resilient and commercially driven
- Curious, coachable and committed to continuous improvement in both your craft and performance
- High level of ownership and accountability, with pride in delivering quality outcomes
