About The Role
As a Senior Technician – Carpenter (高級技工 – 木工), you will be maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair the interior and exterior finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, walls, floors, doors, and other items in the Hotel.
- Perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure all equipment operates normally.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- 維修及保養酒店內部和外部飾面、傢俱、裝置設備、牆壁、地板、門等各項目
- 執行日常保養及檢查，確保所有設備正常運行
- 執行其他由上級指派的工作
About You
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry.
- Completion of apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certified worker of confined space and holder of safety card.
- 具三年或以上相關工作經驗，並曾於酒店工作為佳
- 完成認可之學徒訓練或具同等資歷
- 良好的溝通技巧及人際關係
- 持有有效平安卡
