We’re seeking a Lead UX Designer to define and drive the design strategy for our digital products.
You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences while leading a passionate team of designers.
This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and team leadership — perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful, user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement UXI design strategies that align with both business goals and user needs.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Establish and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across all products and platforms.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the creative bar.
Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, wire framing, and UI craftsmanship.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite , and other industry-standard tools.
Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate design rationale with clarity and confidence.
Experience in building and maintaining design systems .
Knowledge of UI is a plus.
