Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sign and Car Wrap Specialist to join our team in Port Perry, ON. This role includes designing, preparing, and applying high-quality vehicle wraps, decals, and signs in a timely manner. Responsibilities also involve maintaining and operating specialized machinery, ensuring proper material handling, and communicating with clients to achieve their desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver creative and professional signage solutions, while adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in automotive applications, with specific skills in vehicle wraps, decals, and related processes.
- Capacity to assist with training and mentoring team members on workflows and technical tasks.
- Familiarity with sales strategies, preferably in the printing or signage industry, to support client consultations.
- Basic understanding of insurance processes related to business equipment and client needs is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with printing and signage production equipment is preferred.
- Ability to pay excellent attention to detail and maintain quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move materials as needed.
