Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in FastSigns Downtown Calgary, AB, for a Signage Production and Installation team member. Responsibilities include producing and assembling various types of signage, ensuring proper installation at customer locations, managing tools and equipment efficiently, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a signage, graphics, or visual communications environment is essential for this job.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
- Experience in signage production, operating printers, plotters, laser & CNC cutters and channel letter bending machines.
- Skills in installation techniques, including handling tools, materials, and ensuring safe and precise implementation
- Ability to read written instructions, blueprints, or design layouts and problem-solve any technical issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and install signage, as well as work on-site and at heights
