Site Engineer
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BA) to ensure timely delivery and on-schedule completion of nursery projects.
• Manage daily communication and routine reporting with on-site nursery personnel in Bahasa Indonesia. All reporting content will be provided and briefed in advance by the BA team.
• Coordinate and arrange on-site logistics during project implementation, including transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
• Maintain positive and stable working relationships with local project stakeholders, including internal nursery teams, NAT teams, and R&D teams.
Requirements
• Nationality & Language: Must be a local Indonesian candidate with proficient English communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is a preferred advantage.
• Technical Foundation: Hold a solid academic background with basic knowledge of agricultural mechanization, IT systems, and algorithms, capable of quickly adapting to project workflows and job requirements.
• Communication & Project Experience: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior familiarity or hands-on experience with IoT projects is preferred.
• Willingness to Travel: Able to travel frequently across rural and remote areas of Indonesia. Up to 8 months of business travel per year is required during the project delivery phase.
• Work Background: Candidates with working experience in consulting agencies, third-party service agencies, or startup environments are mandatory.
