About the Role
This role is part of Craft’s owner-side project management function, delivering high end private residential projects.
We are seeking a Site Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of high end private residential projects, ensuring delivery aligns with defined quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations and coordinate all contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Oversee execution to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and agreed standards
- Proactively resolve on site challenges and maintain steady project progress
- Provide clear and structured progress reporting to the management team
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing site execution within construction projects
- Strong understanding of structural and finishing works
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and make effective decisions on-site
- Professional communication skills, Arabic and English preferred
