Salt are partnered with a fast-growing creative agency and they are looking for a Social Content Creative Lead.
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Rate: £350–£400 per day (equivalent)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role for a socially-driven creative, stepping into a key position within a growing agency environment. You’ll take ownership of creative output for a major global healthcare brand, leading the development of impactful social-first campaigns, content and platform ideas.
Working closely with senior creative leadership, you’ll help define and elevate the standard of creative work across the agency. This role blends strategic thinking with execution—shaping ideas from brief through to delivery while ensuring they resonate with audiences and deliver against brand objectives.
You’ll also play a central role in developing long-term content ecosystems and campaign platforms, moving beyond reactive, trend-led content into more meaningful, insight-driven creative.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a social, content or integrated creative agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first thinking across multiple channels and formats
- Experience leading creative projects and owning output from concept to delivery
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and content consumption trends
- Ability to translate complex or technical subject matter into engaging, accessible creative ideas
- Comfortable working with research, data and expert-led input to inform creative development
- Confident presenting creative work to both internal teams and clients
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally with strategy, production and account teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to creative quality and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development across a flagship healthcare account
- Develop social-first campaigns, content streams and always-on strategies
- Own creative responses from briefing through to final execution
- Present and sell ideas to internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities across social platforms
- Build scalable campaign platforms and content ecosystems
- Maintain high standards of creative craft, strategic thinking and execution
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive creative culture
