We’re bringing content creation in-house, and this role leads it. The concepts, the shoots and the edits are all yours, working alongside our paid media team to test what works and make more of it. Shoot on location, edit anywhere + link in for regular days at our Dublin HQ.

Everything we shoot is made to perform, not just catch views. Our content is there to bring clients fresh leads & new sales, we track what every video does: hook rates, cost per lead, the lot. If you want to see your work driving real sales for a business, this is the role for you.
The Role
We’ve worked with brilliant external video partners for years & will continue to, but now we’re ready for someone to own video at InDigital: concepting, scripting, building shot lists, shooting at client sites, and editing fast. You’ll work closely with our paid media team on what to test and shoot next, with real ownership and no layers in between.
This isn’t about jumping on viral trends. It’s about making great content that drives real results: on-site at real installs and renovations, capturing the work our clients do and turning it into great ads. These are real, proper shoots, a tad dustier than the usual studio work.
Most shoots will be yours to lead independently. For bigger productions, drone work or projects that need a second camera, you’ll have backup from our trusted video partners. We want someone confident enough to fly solo, but collaborative enough to work as part of a larger crew when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching, concepting and scripting video ideas for our clients.
- Planning shoots: shot lists, locations, what we need from each visit.
- Shooting independently at client sites. Installations, interviews, process footage, before and afters and much more.
- Editing fast in Premiere Pro or equivalent. Multiple cutdowns, hook swaps and variations per shoot, built for testing.
- Building hooks and openers that stop the scroll and measuring how they perform.
- Grabbing photos while you’re on site (before and afters, the lads at work, finished jobs) for ads, socials and Google profiles.
- Owning the content you make from concepting & filming to captioning and posting.
- Reviewing what performed with the paid media team, and cutting the next round based on what the numbers say.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years shooting and editing professionally, at an agency, in-house or freelance.
- A portfolio that shows on-site filming with businesses: talking heads, real locations, vertical short-form. Portfolio is a must; please include it.
- You genuinely love social. You know why a hook works, not just that it does.
- You can shoot solo and put a nervous business owner at ease on camera.
- Proper camera craft: steady footage, good lighting, clean shots, an eye for detail.
- Fast, confident social-first editing: hooks, titles, captions + plenty of variations.
- A full driving licence and your own transport are essential.
- No degree requirements. If you can do the work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Get
- Salary: €40,000 – €50,000
