About the Role
We're looking for a Social Creative to lead the creative output for one of our biggest accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from brief to finished asset. You'll be coming up with concepts, shooting content, editing films and helping shape how a major food brand shows up across social.
Experience working on food, FMCG or retail brands is highly desirable. You'll understand how to create content that feels native to each platform and be comfortable working across organic, paid and creator campaigns.
We're looking for someone with strong creative instincts, excellent craft and a deep understanding of social culture. Someone who knows how to make content people actually want to watch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing social-first creative ideas and content concepts
- Shooting and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms
- Leading creative output across always-on and campaign activity
- Creating content across organic, paid and creator campaigns
- Working closely with strategists, producers and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Directing creators and talent where required
- Adapting and versioning content across formats, placements and channels
- Keeping up with trends, formats and platform behaviours
- Helping raise the creative standard across the agency
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience creating content for brands, agencies or publishers
- Strong shooting and editing skills across social-first formats
- Experience working on food, FMCG or retail brands
- Proven ability to create platform-native content rather than adapting traditional campaigns
- Experience creating content across organic social, paid and creator campaigns
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Comfortable directing talent, creators or members of the public
- Able to move quickly without compromising creative quality
- A portfolio full of work you're proud of
