Role Description The Social Media Ambassador role at Paradise Pay is a remote volunteer position focused on representing the brand across social platforms and engaging with online communities. In this role, you will share and amplify Paradise Pay content, create short social posts, and participate in conversations that align with the organization’s mission and campaigns. You will help grow and nurture followers by responding to comments and messages, encouraging interaction, and providing feedback from the community to the internal team. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting content planning, suggesting ideas for campaigns, and helping optimize posts for reach and engagement. You will collaborate with other ambassadors and team members to maintain a consistent, professional, and inclusive brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to help grow and engage audiences across key platforms.
  • Effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, inclusive, and engaging posts and responses.
  • Basic understanding of Content Strategy to align posts and engagement activities with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
  • Reliable internet access, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and openness to feedback and collaboration.
  • Genuine interest in digital payments, media, events, or social impact initiatives; prior experience in ambassador or advocacy roles is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to commit a consistent amount of volunteer time each week and adhere to Paradise Pay’s code of conduct and brand guidelines.
