Role Summary
Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Linked In, Instagram, X, Facebook) with a focus on writing, design, photography, and video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and publish social media posts aligned with brand voice
- Create graphics, photos, and short-form videos (reels, clips)
- Edit content for platform-specific formats and quality
- Manage content calendar and multiple projects
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
- Stay updated on social trends and best practices
Must-Have Skills
- Proven social media content creation experience (portfolio required)
- Strong writing & editing skills (social-first storytelling)
- Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in photography & video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Cap Cut)
- Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare / medical device social media
- Knowledge of social media compliance (medtech)
- Tools: Sprout Social, analytics, scheduling tools
- Motion graphics / animation
- Accessibility knowledge (alt text, captions)
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s + 2+ years (or equivalent experience)
