We're building something different: modernising a craft trade that's barely changed in decades, and we're looking for someone to own how we show up on social.
This is a part-time role to start — just a few hours a week — but it's deliberately built to grow as we do. This is a hands-on, content-creation role: you won't just be scheduling posts, you'll be out capturing the work and turning it into content that stops the scroll.
What you'll do
✅ Help shape and run our social strategy across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
✅ Get hands-on creating content — capturing colour, transformations and finished rooms on site
✅ Turn that into content that stops the scroll, and build a brand voice as premium as the work we deliver
✅ Run our paid ad campaigns, particularly Facebook, turning great content into leads
Who you are
🎨 A genuine eye and passion for colour and interior design
📱 Confident across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok, and you know what performs on each
🤖 Comfortable with AI tools (or genuinely curious to learn) — basic photo editing, photo-to-video, digital colour visualisation
🚗 East Midlands based, with a genuine willingness to travel to sites for content — frequently to start as we build out our content library, settling into a lighter, more occasional rhythm once we've built a strong portfolio (own transport ideal)
🌱 A recent graduate after your first proper role, or someone already employed looking to broaden your portfolio with real creative ownership

You'll work directly with the founder and have a genuine say in how the brand is built. Hybrid, with regular site visits to capture the work that makes the content sing.
