Title: Social Media & Content Manager, Recording Artist

Company: Creed Media

Location: Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden

About Creed Media

Creed Media Group is a leading global creator marketing agency in music and entertainment. Started in Stockholm in 2018, today we work with the world’s biggest artists, labels, platforms, and brands to engineer the moments that break culture and convert attention into measurable growth.

We run two business units. Music works with record labels and artist managers. Brands works with partners who hire us to turn culture into brand outcomes. Today, we are a trusted agency to some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, and consumer brands.

Our mission: To Master Attention and Break Culture.

The Role

We’re bringing on a Social Media & Content Manager to own the social media presence of one of our recording artists end to end. Across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This is a dedicated, single-artist role sitting inside the Brands business unit.

The mission is simple to say and hard to do well: keep the artist top of mind for fans and the wider audience consistently, and use social media to help break their music on a global stage. You’ll need to get under the skin of who the artist is, and understand how the music landscape works on socials well enough to take them beyond their current fanbase.

This role blends strategy and craft. You’re the one deciding what belongs on each platform and why, running community engagement, and coordinating the approval process with the artist’s core team, but you’re also comfortable being hands-on: Shoot and edit content yourself when needed. Knowing what resonates on socials and being able to achieve that in your creative process is what’s key.

Just as important is digital fluency: you pick up new platforms, tools, and systems quickly, without needing hand-holding. The more you know end to end, platform strategy, community, production, and the tech behind it, the better you’ll grasp the work. If analysing data and applying it to your creative skills is a part of how you operate, this job is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Own the social strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, keeping each platform’s distinct direction and tone intact rather than posting the same thing everywhere without a strategy behind it.
  • Shoot and edit content yourself when needed, you’re not purely a digital strategist; you’re comfortable in shooting content and editing it yourself.
  • Run community engagement during promotional pushes, building fan momentum and knowing when and how to lean into it.
  • Stay fluent across the digital ecosystem an artist runs on, fan communication platforms, DM automation, ad account administration, analytics tools and be quick to learn and adopt whatever’s next.
  • Run the content approval process, circulating drafts with the artist’s core team before anything goes live.
  • Track content performance and use it to inform the next shoot, edit, or platform decision.
  • Coordinate with the wider team, label, PR, and management, to keep social activity aligned with the broader project.
  • Maintain the footage archive, keeping past and new production material organised and accessible.

Who you are

Must Have

  • Solid experience managing social media for an artist, public figure, or entertainment brand, with a real understanding of what makes content work versus what doesn’t.
  • Comfortable across the full arc of content, from strategy and ideation to shooting and editing yourself (working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, comfortable shooting on iPhone and on Film Cameras, as well as basic understanding of sound and lightning).
  • Sharp instincts for platform-specific content and tone, you know Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts each need a different approach.
  • Digitally savvy and quick to learn new systems, comfortable picking up new fan communication, automation, or analytics tools as the job requires, without needing them to already be familiar.
  • Strong community management instincts, with a track record of building fan engagement and momentum rather than just reacting to it.
  • Comfortable taking and running with creative direction from the artist and team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and creative opinions, giving and receiving feedback without taking it at face value.
  • Stockholm-based and on-site, fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with fan-engagement or mass-communication tools, ad platform administration, or content analytics extensions.
  • Genuine interest in the Nordic and broader European pop and entertainment landscape.

What we offer

  • Direct, close collaboration with a major Scandinavian pop artist and core team. You’re a core part of the artists team.
  • Real ownership over the social presence of an artist with a global ambition, not a maintenance role.
  • Access to the wider music and entertainment industry, label, management, and production contacts.
  • A strong existing foundation (strategy, contacts, and tools) to build from, with real room to shape where it goes next.
