Totally Rad is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the digital presence of Totally Rad Vintage Fest. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with vintage enthusiasts nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.
- Capture and curate engaging content — including posts, stories, videos, and graphics — that reflect our brand identity and connect with our audience.
- Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts for timely and consistent delivery.
- Monitor social channels and actively engage with followers to build community.
- Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy.
Qualifications
- Naturally curious and self-motivated
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel 35+ weekends in a calendar year
- Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content on an iPhone
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Friendly and professional communication with attendees and staff
- Knowledge of vintage culture is a plus
- Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
