Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator role based in Jerusalem. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including posts, stories, short videos, and other digital assets aligned with StandWithUs messaging and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting copy, scheduling and monitoring posts, responding to comments and messages, and supporting community growth and engagement. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to translate programs and campaigns into compelling digital content, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting data-informed improvements. The Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator will stay current with social media trends, optimize content for different platforms, and help ensure consistent, timely communication across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing and growing organizational profiles across multiple platforms.
- Strong Writing and Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and audience-appropriate messages.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing, including basic analytics, audience targeting, and content optimization.
- Ability to work on-site in Jerusalem, collaborate effectively with a diverse team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, familiarity with graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing), and a demonstrated interest in Israel-related education or advocacy.
- Relevant education or experience in communications, marketing, media, or a related field is preferred.
