About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our social media strategy for Pete & Gerry’s and Nellie’s Free Range brands. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Your primary goal is to elevate brand visibility, foster engagement, and build a loyal community of consumers and advocates who share our values of sustainability and quality. You will work closely with internal teams such as Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Brand Management, as well as external agencies and influencers, to craft compelling content, manage influencer partnerships, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns. Additionally, you will contribute to cultivating an inclusive and vibrant workplace culture, aligning internal initiatives with our brand mission. Your leadership will be instrumental in amplifying our social presence and strengthening our position as a leader in the premium egg category.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel social media strategies
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships from identification through measurement
  • Background working with consumer brands, particularly in food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
  • Experience managing agency partners and freelancers
  • Budget management skills and experience
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social, Canva, native platform analytics, and dashboard reporting
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity, curiosity, and adaptability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to content strategy

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all platforms
  • Create quarterly content pillars and monthly content calendars in collaboration with content creators and marketing teams
  • Manage platform-specific content execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Build and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, vetting, contracting, and briefing
  • Oversee product gifting programs and coordinate with creators and ambassadors to generate authentic content
  • Measure and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, community feedback, and competitive landscape
  • Manage and mentor the Social Community Engagement Specialist and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams
  • Coordinate with sales, HR, PR, and other departments for cross-functional campaigns and initiatives
  • Lead efforts to create engaging, innovative content that resonates with target audiences
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation
