Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Budapest for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for engagement, and fostering meaningful audience interactions. The role includes hands-on content creation, staying ahead of social media and AI-driven content trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall brand goals and communication strategies. Performance tracking and continuous optimization based on analytics are also key parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a strong understanding of major platforms
- Strong communication and writing skills for creating engaging, brand-aligned content
- Experience in developing and executing content strategies for diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent design tools)
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance
- Strong visual sense and attention to brand consistency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment on-site in Budapest
- Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to quickly react to trends
- Familiarity with global trends in the spirits or beverage industry is a plus
