FEYDOM is a modular sofa brand focused on flexible living, design, and everyday comfort. We work with showrooms and partners across multiple countries, and we are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to help us plan, create, and manage our social media presence across different markets.
You will start by working on a smaller number of markets, with clear guidance and support from the team. As you grow into the role, you will gradually take on more countries and responsibilities.
What you will do
- Create and manage social media content for different countries and markets
- Plan and maintain content calendars adapted to local cultures, habits, and sensitivities
- Write captions and short texts in English, adjusting tone and messaging for different audiences
- Build and nurture social media communities, especially on Instagram, by encouraging engagement and interacting with followers through posts and stories
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content across markets
- Adapt or create visual content for social media posts
- Monitor performance, create regular reports, and share insights with the team to close the feedback loop
- Communicate with market managers to plan promotions, campaigns, and other local activities
What we are looking for
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
- Experience with Business Suite, Metricool, or other posting and reporting software
- Strong written English and a good sense for cultural differences and communication styles
- Interest in design, interiors, lifestyle, or furniture
- Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple markets at once
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with a broader team
- Basic understanding of social media trends and analytics
Nice to have
- Experience working with international or multi market brands
- Experience coordinating with influencers or creators
- Basic design skills or experience working closely with designers
