About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of Astro Invite and Gems Invite. The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, social media growth, community building, and performance-driven content creation across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, and X (Twitter).
This role requires someone who can blend creativity with data, identify trends early, and create content that drives engagement, reach, brand awareness, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Build platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, and X.
Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience insights, and competitor analysis.
Create content pillars and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Content Planning & Creation
Ideate and write engaging content for:
Reels
Static Creatives
Carousels
Stories
Community Posts
Linked In Posts
Create viral hooks, captions, and storytelling-based content.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-performing content.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and marketing objectives.
Video & Reels Strategy
Develop reel concepts and short-form video scripts.
Monitor trending audio, formats, and content styles.
Work closely with video editors to maximize retention and engagement.
Generate content ideas around astrology, crystals, spirituality, lifestyle, and personal growth.
Community Management
Manage comments, messages, and community interactions.
Build relationships with followers and improve audience engagement.
Track customer feedback and social sentiment.
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
Identify relevant creators and influencers.
Coordinate content collaborations and partnership campaigns.
Track influencer performance and campaign outcomes.
Trend & Competitor Research
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
Recommend innovative content ideas to improve brand visibility.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, and X algorithms.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
