Role Overview:
This role is responsible for client engagement and project management services including requesting quotes, managing timelines and deliverables in complex POSM & print sourcing and creative production projects. This role focuses on developing relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience, and identify new business opportunities amongst existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input and advise on print, POSM, visual merchandising and premium projects
- Oversee (and assist with) the procurement of clients marketing collateral, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
- Project management of campaigns and components
- Develop strong relationships with client's brand teams
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers
- Implement and use of Tag’s reporting tools
- Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
- Measure KPI's and service standards against agreed and obligated levels
- Predict potential areas of shortfall and implement remedial action as necessary
- Work alongside the Account Lead to coordinate the activities of the Account Management team
- Work with colleagues in other markets and the central support teams to consolidate production and to coordinate multi-country campaigns
- Provide support for Account Director and Account Executives as required
- Identify potential areas of conflict and escalate to the Account Director where appropriate
- Be an informed and authoritative point of contact for key stakeholders to address any contract, transactional or supplier issues
Key Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 3-6 years previous experience of working in an agency
- Knowledge of Print, POSM, Digital and Visual merchandising production is preferred
- Experience in beauty or luxury goods industry, in either purchasing or production management would be beneficial
- Detailed oriented, highly organised, have a systematic approach to tasks
- Capable of working in a fast-paced working environment with excellent project and client management skills
- Strong communicator and great team player

The Sourcing Specialist will need to be a multi-tasker, be able to use their initiative, and have the ability to problem solve. This is a role for an outgoing and energetic team player who can also be relied on to operate independently and remain focused under pressure.
