Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Producer
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Employment Type: Freelance
Pay Rate: $60-70/hour
The Sr. Producer will serve as a key operational and strategic partner, helping drive projects forward while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production planning and execution across multiple projects.
- Build and manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
- Identify project risks, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate status meetings, project updates, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure workflows are efficient and aligned with business and creative objectives.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across timelines, approvals, and final deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Producer or Sr. Producer in a creative, marketing, content, or production environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, vendors, and production logistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
